Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include: Integration Development: - Designing and developing integration solutions for Guidewire ClaimCenter utilizing technologies like Guidewire Integration Framework, SOAP/REST web services, messaging, and batch processing. - Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend integration requirements and translating them into technical specifications. Configuration and Customization: - Customizing and configuring ClaimCenter to align with integration needs. - Implementing data mapping, transformation, and enrichment solutions. System Integration: - Developing and maintaining integration points between ClaimCenter and other systems such as policy systems, billing systems, third-party services, and data warehouses. - Ensuring data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. Testing and Deployment: - Conducting unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and performance of integration solutions. - Assisting in the deployment of integration solutions in development, test, and production environments. - Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues promptly. Documentation and Support: - Creating and updating technical documentation for integration solutions. - Providing support and training to team members and stakeholders on integration functionality and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: - Working closely with project managers, QA teams, and other developers for successful project delivery. - Effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide project updates and insights. Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: - Demonstrated experience as an integration developer, preferably with Guidewire ClaimCenter. - Familiarity with Guidewire's suite of products and Integration Framework. - Strong understanding of web services (SOAP/REST), XML, JSON, and associated integration technologies. Skills: - Proficiency in Java or Gosu programming language. - Knowledge of the insurance domain and claims processes is advantageous. - Experience with database technologies like SQL or Oracle. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Certifications: - Guidewire certification(s) related to ClaimCenter and/or integration is a plus.,
