Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily construction and maintenance activities at university campus sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
2. Supervise civil works, including buildings, roads, drainage systems, sewage, and electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with university standards.
3. Ensure all work aligns with construction drawings, specifications, and safety regulations specific to educational institutions.
4. Coordinate with university project managers, engineers, contractors, and labor teams to ensure seamless workflow.
5. Inspect materials and workmanship to uphold quality standards for campus facilities.
6. Prepare and submit daily progress reports to university management, detailing site updates and challenges.
7. Enforce health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for students, staff, and workers.
8. Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
9. Manage labor workforce, subcontractors, and material availability to support university infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in educational or institutional settings.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction documents.
• Strong understanding of site management, labor coordination, and quality control processes.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and project reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Salary: INR 18,000 - 25,000 per month, based on experience.
