Civil Supervisor - Fresher

As a Civil Construction Supervisor at our company, your role will involve supervising civil construction work at the site, monitoring daily progress, and reporting to the project engineer/manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that materials and labor are utilized efficiently and checking the quality of work as per company standards. Additionally, you will maintain site records, coordinate with workers and vendors, and ensure safety and work discipline on site.
