We specialize in both steel structure design and civil engineering solutions for various construction projects. As part of our expansion in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala, we are looking for a skilled Civil Structure Designer with expertise in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) design to join our back office team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Civil Structure Designer to design RCC structures, ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and safe design of various building components. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of RCC design principles and be able to work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design RCC structures for various construction projects, including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other structural elements.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and calculations for RCC components.
• Collaborate with other design professionals, including architects and engineers, to ensure that designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Review and assess structural plans for compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase and assist with resolving any design-related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of design and documentation as per project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE).
• Strong knowledge of RCC design codes and standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and architects to meet project goals.
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
