Job Title: Civil Engineer (Site Work/Open Plots) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our real estate venture team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing site development, infrastructure, and construction activities for our open plot projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee site development, including land grading, excavation, and infrastructure / Layout construction. 2. supervise Survey Levels, Blacktop/ CC Road, MEP services and Ground leveling works at site, ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. 3. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. 4. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. 5. Prepare and review reports, including progress reports, Bills checking, Quality certification check, etcs. 6. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 2. Proven experience in site development, infrastructure, or construction projects Open plots layouts. 3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including land development and infrastructure design. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. What We Offer: 1.
