Civil Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, your role involves organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available, and providing technical advice for project improvement. Your duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment, negotiating with suppliers for the best contracts, and authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. It will be your responsibility to draw up work schedules, communicate adjustments to crew members and clients, and gather data for compiling reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders. Delegating tasks, scheduling meetings, and training sessions as needed, completing quality assurance, and providing feedback to the team are also part of your job responsibilities.
