Civil site coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Site Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily construction site activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site work, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Supervise labor, subcontractors, and vendors on-site
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage
• Ensure safety rules and quality standards are followed at site
• Track work progress and report delays or issues to management
• Assist in material planning and inventory control
• Handle basic site measurements and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in civil construction or site coordination
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read drawings and site plans
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Willingness to work at site locations
