Responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, contract agreements, and supporting the procurement process during the pre-contract stage of projects, ensuring all financial and contractual risks are addressed prior to contract award.
Required Qualifications & Skills: -
1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
2. 3–7 years of relevant experience in pre-contract QS roles
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, market rates, and contract conditions (such as CPWD, or local contract formats).
4. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
