Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred); B.E./B.Tech Civil is a plus.
Experience: 0-2 years in civil construction/renovation; freshers welcome.
Reporting To: Specify Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager / Director.

Job Summary:

Shree Industrial Agencies is seeking a proactive Civil Line Assistant in Raigarh to support our renovation and new construction projects. This role involves on-site supervision, material management, documentation, and general office support for our civil engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Site Support: Monitor construction/renovation progress, supervise labor/contractors, and ensure adherence to plans, quality, and safety.
• Resource Management: Assist with material requisitions, tracking, and quality checks.
• Documentation: Maintain daily reports, project files, and help prepare "as-built" drawings.
• Office Support: Handle project correspondence, manage files, and provide general administrative assistance.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Skills: Basic understanding of construction, ability to read drawings, proficient in MS Office. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communication (Hindi & English), proactive, and a team player.

Working Conditions: Combination of office work and regular site visits within Raigarh.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
