Civil Lab Technician – Quality Controll

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lab Technician to support civil construction projects by conducting essential material testing and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing construction materials such as concrete, soil, aggregates, and bitumen, and maintaining accurate documentation of results to aid in project quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field and laboratory tests on construction materials (concrete, soil, aggregate, bitumen, etc.) as per IS/ASTM standards.
• Prepare and test concrete cubes and cylinders for compressive and tensile strength.
• Maintain calibration and upkeep of all laboratory equipment.
• Record test data accurately and maintain detailed lab reports and logs.
• Assist in sampling and site testing during construction activities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with lab protocols at all times.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team for material approvals.
• Identify and report non-conformities or quality deviations in materials.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of test samples.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
