Civil Project Engineer: Sports Facilities Job Description Location: Mumbai Experience: 3-5 years (sports infrastructure experience is a bonus) Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent About Us: We are PadelPark, and we are on a mission to make Padel the next big thing in India! We are shaking up the sports world with our state-of-the-art padel courts, branded centers, and franchise opportunities. We also run the Indian Padel Academy to nurture raw talent, and we are about to launch the Indian Padel League it is going to be a game-changer! With 14 courts across Mumbai, Bangalore, and beyond, we are growing fast, and we need someone like you to help us scale to new heights. Whats the Role? You will be the backbone of our infrastructure projects, leading the planning, design, and execution of our state-of-the-art sports facilities. From conceptualizing padel courts to ensuring seamless project delivery, your expertise will shape the growth of PadelPark as we continue to expand nationwide. Here is what you will be diving into: Your Day-to-Day: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, layout design, and construction of padel courts and sports facilities across multiple locations. Technical Expertise: Ensure technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols are met throughout the project lifecycle. Vendor Management: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage deliverables. Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve on-ground challenges to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Design and Innovation: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and designers to develop innovative and efficient infrastructure solutions. Budget Management: Assist in project costing, financial forecasting, and optimizing resources to achieve cost-effective execution. Sustainability Focus: Ensure the use of sustainable materials and eco-friendly practices while maintaining top-notch quality in construction. What We Are Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field). Experience: 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure projects (sports infrastructure experience is a bonus!). Skills: Strong understanding of construction, project management, and site execution. Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors. Proficiency in project planning tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. Problem-solving mindset with a knack for overcoming project challenges. Bonus Points: Prior experience in designing and executing sports facilities or courts.
