Civil & Architectural Draughtsman

You will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and civil drawings, including submission and approval drawings as per local authority requirements. Additionally, you will create detailed working drawings and built-in drawings for construction projects and update drawings based on design changes. It will be your duty to upload drawings and necessary documents on the Online Building Plan Approval System (OBPAS) portal and coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants for drawing finalization. Ensuring accuracy and clarity in all drawing outputs will be crucial in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Diploma or certification in Civil/Architectural Draughtsmanship and have proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software. Knowledge of local building by-laws and submission processes is essential, along with prior experience using OBPAS. Attention to detail and the ability to work within deadlines are key attributes required for this role. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.,
