CIVIL ARCHITECT

You will be responsible for designing and developing infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, airports, and buildings. Your role will involve managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and standards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Regular site visits will be conducted to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Troubleshooting design and construction issues and providing effective solutions for project success will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including designs, calculations, and reports. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in Architecture and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil architecture, design, and project management are required. You should possess strong knowledge of civil architecture, design principles, and industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, experience working on international projects with knowledge of global building codes and regulations, and familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications.,
