Job Description

As an Infoscion at Infosys, your role primarily involves getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client delight. You will be responsible for developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will conduct solution/product demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop proposals and contribute to solution design - Configure products as per design and conduct pilots - Assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution/product demonstrations and workshops - Prepare effort estimates in line with customer budgetary requirements - Actively lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives - Develop value-creating strategies and models for clients - Knowledge on software configuration management systems - Stay updated on latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate - Understanding of financial processes and pricing models - Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions - Industry domain knowledge - Client interfacing skills - Project and team management Qualifications Required: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems - Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends - Logical thinking and problem-solving skills - Understanding of financial processes and pricing models - Ability to assess current processes and suggest technology solutions - Industry domain knowledge - Client interfacing skills - Project and team management skills,
