Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Preparation: Prepare and cook diverse Chinese dishes (noodles, dim sum, stir-fries, etc.) to high standards, focusing on taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, manage inventory (ordering, storage), and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Menu & Innovation: Develop new recipes, adapt traditional dishes, and create daily specials to enhance the menu.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensure all food meets quality, portion, and presentation standards; enforce strict food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP/FSSAI).
  • Staff Training: Train junior chefs and kitchen staff on procedures, techniques, and company standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
