Job Description: As a full-time Babysitter at our Ludhiana location, your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and responsible care for children. Your role will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your supervision. Daily tasks will include preparing meals, engaging the children in educational and recreational activities, assisting with homework, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with parents to understand and meet the needs of the children. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Babysitting and Childcare skills, along with experience in Working With Children and providing Training. Your teaching skills will be valuable in creating a nurturing and educational environment for the children. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building a positive relationship with both children and parents. Being able to handle emergencies with a calm demeanor is crucial in ensuring the safety of the children. While not mandatory, having First Aid and CPR certification would be advantageous. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
