Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Child Psychologist to join our team at TISQ Health, with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations on children to identify areas of strength and weakness.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
Design and lead group therapy sessions focused on social skills development and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in child psychology to continuously improve treatment approaches.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Proven experience working with children in clinical settings, focusing on mental health issues.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
