You are seeking a Chief Video Editor & GFX Designer to join your team full-time on-site in Gurgaon, Haryana (India). In this role, the chosen candidate will oversee AI-assisted video production, motion graphics, and post-production workflows to ensure that the content maintains industry-leading quality and creativity. Collaboration with the AI creative team is essential, optimizing AI-generated visuals and integrating AI-enhanced post-production techniques. As a small team, the most important aspect for you is for the candidate to possess an ownership mindset and a genuine passion for their work. A long-term growth roadmap for personal development will be provided. This role serves as a fast-track to leadership, where the individual will build and scale a team of video editors and motion designers, driving the evolution of AI-powered digital storytelling. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing skills, with expertise in Premiere Pro (required) and additional skills in DaVinci Resolve or CapCut (bonus). - Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics, with proficiency in After Effects (required). - Strong skills in Graphics design. - Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
