Chief Technology Officer / Co-Founder

As a visionary CTO & Co-founder at our HealthTech AI startup, your role will involve: - Defining tech and AI strategy from MVP to scale. - Driving the development of AI models for health diagnostics and recommendations, including predictive analytics, computer vision, and NLP. - Leading full-stack + ML/AI development. - Building and managing a strong engineering/ML team. - Collaborating with doctors, researchers & co-founders. Key qualifications for this position include: - 3+ years of experience in software & AI/ML development. - Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, NLP, data modeling, LLMs, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP. - Prior experience in healthtech, medical data, or digital health products. - Knowledge of HIPAA/data security and healthcare compliance. - Passion for creating scalable AI products with real-world impact.
