Chief Manager - Design & Engineering (Civil)

As the Chief Manager - Design & Engineering (Civil) at Resonia, your role will involve the analysis and foundation design of various structures related to transmission towers, substations, buildings, and foundations. Your responsibilities will include: - Travelling to multiple sites as per requirement. - Exploring the best civil foundation methods globally and applying them to Indian TL/RE projects. - Adding value to bid designs by optimizing foundation volumes and suggesting different techniques for soil analysis. - Providing technical opinions on project-related civil issues during the implementation stage. - Assisting in developing Mobile Test labs for soil & concrete testing. Qualifications required: - MS/M tech in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering. - Experience in designing complex foundations for different soil conditions. - Proficiency in foundation and pile design software. - Experience in BID Engineering & Project Engineering. - 10-15 years of experience in Civil foundation, geotechnical, Soil dynamics with either Developer or EPC companies. Desirable qualifications include: - Experience working independently as a CIVIL TL/RE ENGG. - Exposure to global technologies used in foundations. - Knowledge of Substation Civil Engineering. - Understanding of Indian/international codal requirements in civil engineering.
