Monthly Compensation

• Part-Time: ₹50,000 – ₹90,000
• Full-Time: ₹95,000 – ₹2,10,000

Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, responsibilities, team size, performance, and business results. The final offer will specify fixed and variable components. Advertised ranges represent potential total compensation and are not guaranteed fixed salaries.

We are recruiting 100 experienced Chief Managers to lead and manage our expanding operations across multiple cities.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals who possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to manage distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and supervise assigned teams, with responsibility for productivity, accountability, and performance.
• Operations Management: Coordinate daily operations, monitor assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Business Development: Support sales teams, monitor lead generation, oversee client acquisition activities, and help improve revenue performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish measurable targets, track KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Training & Development: Conduct team meetings, support onboarding, mentor employees, and improve team capabilities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with sales, AI operations, digital marketing, and technical delivery teams.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain management dashboards, productivity reports, performance records, and operational documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, implement structured workflows, and improve team output.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate professionally with internal leadership, clients, and business partners.
• Team Expansion: Support recruitment, onboarding, and the scaling of assigned teams as the organization grows.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheets, presentations, online collaboration tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage remote teams and monitor performance.
• Comfortable working in either day or night shifts.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in any discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in management, business, technology, or a related field.
• Experience in operations management, sales management, business development, or team leadership.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Familiarity with CRM software, AI tools, workflow automation, and digital project management.
• Experience managing multiple team leaders or large operational teams.

Working Arrangements

• Part-Time: Approximately 100 effective working hours per month.
• Full-Time: Approximately 200 effective working hours per month, scheduled in accordance with applicable employment regulations.
• Shift Availability: Day Shift / Night Shift

Specific working hours, weekly rest days, and shift arrangements will be communicated during the selection process.
