Role Overview: You will be joining Algihaz Holding as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) based in Chennai. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement robust information security strategies to safeguard sensitive data, ensure regulatory compliance, and proactively mitigate cybersecurity threats. You will lead a team to enforce information security policies, conduct risk assessments, drive business continuity planning, manage application security, and spearhead cybersecurity initiatives to effectively manage risks across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Oversee information security policies and procedures - Conduct risk assessments and identify potential cybersecurity threats - Manage business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience - Lead application security efforts to implement secure software solutions - Drive cybersecurity initiatives to mitigate risks effectively - Collaborate with teams across the organization to strengthen cybersecurity posture - Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, frameworks, and standards - Provide leadership in developing and implementing cybersecurity architecture - Manage IT/OT security and ensure alignment with global regulatory standards - Utilize strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Manage teams effectively and deliver results within tight schedules Qualifications: - Proficiency in Information Security Management, Information Security, and cybersecurity practices - Expertise in Business Continuity planning and implementation - Strong background in Application Security and secure software solutions - Proven experience in overseeing organizational cybersecurity strategy and leadership - Experience in Cloud security, cybersecurity architecture, and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, etc. - Knowledge of GRC, global regulatory standards, and risk assessment methodologies - Familiarity with industries like Rapacious, construction, manufacturing, etc. - Understanding of regulatory compliance standards and risk assessment practices - Ability to obtain relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent - Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field Please send your resumes to [HIDDEN TEXT] with the subject line "CISO job" and include your current location, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and joining date if offered the job.
