Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for various tasks related to preparing and assessing variations, claims, and interim costs under the relevant contract norms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing Variation Instruction, Variation Order, Recommendation to the Employer for approval/rejection of Variations. - Assessing Contractors/Employers Claims for Agreement/Determination and providing notification to the Employer and Contractor. - Evaluating Employers Claims/Counterclaims, considering the actual work done and related project events, and confirming to the Contract provisions. - Submitting Interim Claims (Cost) in accordance with the Contract norms attributable to the Employer. - Checking and submitting Price Adjustment/Variations Bills as per the Contract conditions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Degree in Civil Engineering.,
