Chief Brewing Officer

As Chief Brewing Officer at Hot Ice Beverages Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the coffee philosophy of the brand and setting a new benchmark in Indian coffee culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Product & Recipe Development: Create and refine signature Hot Ice beverages, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation. - Sourcing & Supply Chain: Lead sourcing of 100% Arabica beans and core ingredients, building a robust and scalable supply chain. - Operational Leadership: Develop SOPs for brewing operations, lead and train teams, and ensure operational excellence. - Quality & R&D: Set standards for quality control, sensory profiling, and brewing techniques, evolving the menu based on feedback. - Brand Evangelism: Represent the product at various events and collaborations, being the face of coffee innovation. - Team Building & Culture: Recruit and mentor the beverage team, fostering a culture of craft and speed. Qualifications we are looking for in you: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on coffee experience, ideally with a leading artisanal brand, roastery, or QSR chain. - Strong knowledge of bean profiles, roast styles, espresso science, cold brew dynamics, and equipment. - Experience in setting up scalable coffee operations or QSR formats is a plus. - Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately. - Entrepreneurial spirit, high ownership, and a drive to build something meaningful.
