Position: Machine Operator Industry: Food Processing (Moringa Products) Location: Perundurai Department: Production Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor food processing machinery for moringa powder, tablets, capsules, and related products. Set up machines before production, ensuring correct calibration and cleanliness. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and quality control. Maintain consistent product quality by adjusting machine settings as required. Conduct regular machine inspections to prevent downtime. Clean and sanitize equipment as per hygiene standards (FSSAI/GMP guidelines). Record daily production data and machine performance logs. Coordinate with maintenance team in case of machine breakdowns. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in the food or nutraceutical industry. Knowledge of food processing equipment (grinders, dryers, pulverizers, capsule/tablet machines). Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FSSAI). Ability to handle routine machine maintenance. Physically fit and able to work in a production environment. Basic knowledge of quality checks and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Processing. Experience in handling moringa or herbal product manufacturing. Willingness to work in shifts.
