Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update daily financial records using Tally ERP Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting, reconciliation, and MIS Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries Handle GST entries, returns, and compliance Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and petty cash management Support in monthly and yearly closing of books Generate and maintain invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups Coordinate with external CA or auditors when required Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or Zoho Books will be considered an advantage
