Chemist/Officer - API Production

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining good housekeeping in the workplace according to cGMP standards. This includes ensuring that equipment operation and cleaning procedures are followed as per the standard operating procedures (SOP). Additionally, you will be involved in the receipt and storage of raw materials in the day stock area based on the Material Requisition slip for the batch. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the manufacturing and packing record instructions while carrying out the production process. - Adhere strictly to all safety rules and precautions in the manufacturing area. - Conduct in-process checks and maintain documentation as per the prescribed procedure. - Maintain cGMP standards, along with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and HACCP standards in the plant. - Keep the production facilities clean and ensure appropriate disinfection when needed. - Ensure that the premises and equipment are well-maintained, and maintain records in the respective area. - Take responsibility for blending, packing, and labeling of finished goods. - Carry out food safety activities and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Perform any other production activities assigned by the supervisor. - Verify the availability of raw materials and finished goods stock, and maintain them in the production facility.
