Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle BMRs (Batch Manufacturing Records) according to cGMP guidelines.
  
• Plan and execute batches efficiently, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Prepare documentation for BPRs (Batch Production Records), including SOPs, logs, and reports.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC techniques.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to shift planning, manpower handling, and equipment maintenance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Batch Management & Documentation.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma).
  
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations.
  
• Proficiency in preparing documents such as BPRs (Batch Production Records), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), logs, reports etc.
