Chemical Compounding Supervisor

As a Latex Rubber Compounding Operator, your role will involve running and maintaining machinery used in the compounding process. You will be responsible for precisely blending raw materials to meet manufacturing specifications. Additionally, verifying that batches meet product quality standards and regulatory compliance will be a key aspect of your job. Your contribution in identifying ways to reduce waste and improve the production process will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Running and maintaining machinery for Latex rubber compounding - Blending raw materials with precision as per manufacturing specifications - Ensuring batches meet product quality standards and regulatory compliance - Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and enhance production efficiency Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in operating machinery for latex rubber compounding is preferred - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow manufacturing specifications accurately - Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in the industry Please note that this position is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers.
