Job Title: Chat Process Executive Location: [Pune Kharadi] Job Type: Full-time Shift: Rotational Shifts Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Process Executive to handle online queries via chat platforms. You will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat (live chat or website chatbot). Identify customer needs and assist in resolving issues or answering questions. Guide customers through processes, troubleshooting, or product features. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling time. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent written communication skills in English. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of at least 30–35 WPM. Previous experience in customer service or chat process is a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends, if required.
