Job Role: Customer Support Associate – Email/Chat (Non-Voice) Location: Visakhapatnam Shift: 24x7 rotational | Working Days: 5 days/week We are hiring freshers and experienced candidates (U1 & U2) for a non-voice process to handle customer queries via email and chat. Candidates must have strong written communication skills and a problem-solving mindset. Requirements: • Good written English • Typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy • Comfortable with rotational shifts • Freshers and experienced (U1/U2) can apply Hiring Process: 1. HR Screening 2. Written Chat Test (pen & paper over video) 3. Versant Writing Test 4. Typing Test CTC: • Fresher: ₹2.7 LPA • U1 Exp: ₹3.5 LPA • U2 Exp: ₹4.1 LPA Process Specifics •Willingness to work for 24/7 working environment is a must, which involves Night Shift •Minimum qualification 10+2 or 10+3 and no pursuing candidates •No leaves for the first 3 months of joining •5 days working, rotational shifts and 2 weekly off (rotational) •Freshers are eligible •Work From Office only. •Chat Process •Immediate Joiners (Joining Dates: 16-Jun-25; 18-Jun-25, 19-Jun-25 and 20-Jun-25) •Excellent Communication •Proficient in typing : Speed – 30wpm and 90% accuracy Position Summary: Handle live contacts of e-commerce customers and provide appropriate solution to their queries •Languages Required: Excellent Communication Skills in English (Verbal and Written both – B2 Level)
