Job Description: As a Chat Process Executive at Digital Dots in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing client queries through chat communication. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions, resolving issues or escalating them when necessary, and ensuring timely and professional responses. Candidates with a good typing speed, effective communication skills, and basic computer knowledge are preferred. Prior experience in BPO or customer support is beneficial, though freshers can also apply.
