Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Audit Execution: Lead internal audits across functions such as P2P, O2C, Inventory, HR, FA, Statutory Compliances, ITGC, production, cash-bank, and more. Risk & Control Assessment: Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with HODs and senior management to present audit findings and provide actionable recommendations. Reporting: Prepare detailed audit documentation, reports, and recommendations based on audit findings. ERP Systems: Leverage ERP knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SAP, JDE) to assess processes and controls. Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements and industry standards. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on audit practices, regulations, and emerging trends. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Chartered Accountant with relevant internal audit experience from articleship. Experience: Minimum 5 years in internal audits, including manufacturing, IT-ITES, and FMCG sectors. Experience auditing listed companies is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated with a passion for internal auditing. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence. Note: Male Candidates preferred. Experience with a CA firm is preferred.
