We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified individual to join our team as a Manager - Electrification. In this role, your main mission will be to oversee the team and deliverables within the EITC division. You will collaborate closely with EES divisional teams to ensure seamless alignment and integration of EITC teams, with a focus on sustainable growth, high-quality delivery, and innovative outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include managing teams to facilitate collaboration with divisional teams, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring on-time delivery and quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing competencies, recruiting new talents, exploring innovation opportunities, and working with the global EES team to enhance competence portfolios. As the Manager - Electrification, you will play a crucial role in stakeholder satisfaction, business growth, effective recruitment, and talent development. You will interact with customers regularly, motivate and mentor the team, drive continuous improvement, and stay abreast of emerging market trends to integrate innovative technologies into our products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience managing larger teams, preferably in the Electrification/Mining/HV industry. Experience in project management, handling global internal customers, and a strong command of the English language are also desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required. Behaviourally, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. Being a team player with a self-starting attitude and clear thinking is essential for this role. This position is based in Bangalore/Chennai, India.
