Job description: • Coordinate with Sales team and Channel partner to maximize sales of Instruments and Reagents • Educate and create awareness to channel partners on Pricings,Margins and schemes of both reagents and Instruments. • Drive and manage Open Reagents and SAA sales • Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners. • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products. • Coordinate with company personnel such as the Sales and Marketing team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations. • Act as a bridge for communication between then HO ,Sales team and Channel partners • Access, clarify and resolve Queries and monitor performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate . • Monitor Competition pricing and activity and collaborate with Marketing team to create pull in the market place. • Audit Channel Partners infrastucture and ehhical code of conduct at regular intervals. Requirements: • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in IVD industry. • Thorough understanding of the industry. • Exceptional written and oral communication and selling skills. • Readiness to travel outside HQ at atleast 18 days in the month
