We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Goa, supporting the India market. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and effective solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and fostering strong, lasting relationships to drive customer retention and business growth. You will be responsible for direct communication with customers in a professional manner that upholds the company's image. Your duties will include managing the order development process from start to finish, entering items into the master database, preparing customer orders, and monitoring job orders in terms of timing, pricing, feasibility, availability, and raw materials. Additionally, you will be involved in analyzing customer forecasts and coordinating with the purchasing department for raw material procurement, managing orders from confirmation to production to shipment, and overseeing new customer projects in terms of feasibility, timing, and pricing. Your role will also entail developing comprehensive customer plans, communicating customer expectations clearly to team members, liaising with customers regularly, and negotiating with internal departments to achieve objectives. You will need to delegate tasks effectively, identify and resolve issues, track order milestones, and manage dependencies and critical paths. To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, high customer service effectiveness, change-management capabilities, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, and knowledge of the printing production process, raw materials, and equipment is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sense of responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this role. Ideal candidates will have a general education degree (GED) or a Bachelor's Degree, along with at least three years of experience in customer service or order management. Any combination of relevant experience will be considered by the hiring manager.
