As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving change within the organization and supporting clients in their transformation journey. With 9-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for utilizing OCM methodologies and tools to gather requirements, design OCM strategies, and deliver projects effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include demonstrating credibility as an OCM Consultant, contributing to the development of OCM methods and tools, and acting as a liaison between Arabic-speaking clients and the global team. You will be expected to manage program planning, workshop design, data analysis, and problem-solving while working with virtual/offshore teams to ensure quality outcomes. In addition, you will be involved in various areas such as Change Strategy Design, Organizational Design, Stakeholder Engagement, Training Needs Analysis, Communication Strategy, and Culture Change Analysis. Your role will also encompass engaging with Change Sponsors and Champions, conducting End User Change Impact Analysis, and driving HR Transformation initiatives. Fluency in English is essential for developing communication collaterals, translating key documents, and articulating thoughts eloquently. Moreover, your willingness to travel extensively (60%-100%) across the Middle East for client engagements is crucial for the success of this role.
