The ideal candidate is a "go-getter" with a proven track record of B2B sales, combining technical acumen with strong commercial skills to build trust and close deals with manufacturing, engineering, and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the Kolhapur and Aurangabad territories. Technical Sales & Business Development: Prospect, identify, and onboard new clients, with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, and engineering companies. Use technical knowledge to understand their products and services for effective solution-selling. Client Meetings: Travel extensively within the territory to meet potential and existing clients. Conduct needs-analysis meetings to understand technical and business objectives. Solution Selling: Expertly present and sell our portfolio of services, including: Technical Marketing: Corporate Videos, 2D & 3D Animation for Product Demos, Brochures, and Branding. Digital Presence: Website Design & Development for industrial clients. Digital Marketing: Social Media Marketing and targeted Digital Marketing strategies. Events: Participation in Exhibitions and Trade Shows. Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and technical pitching to negotiation and closing. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., Marketing Heads, Managing Directors, Technical Directors). Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the industrial landscape. Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Skills): Must-Have: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering – Masters will be an added advantage . 4-5 years of proven experience in sales/business development , preferably in service-based sales (e.g., Marketing Agency, Industrial Services) or in a technical product sales role. A strong understanding of the industrial and corporate business environment in Kolhapur and Aurangabad . Ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing benefits. A true "hunter" mentality with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the designated territory. Good-to-Have: Experience selling marketing, digital, or creative services to engineering or manufacturing companies. A strong network of contacts within the target industries in the region.
