CGHS Executive

• Scheme management: Oversee all operations related to CGHS (and often other schemes like ECHS or Ayushman Bharat), from patient registration to final claim settlement.
• Claim processing: Verify patient eligibility, treatment codes, and authorizations to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims for both outpatient and inpatient services.
• Billing and invoicing: Generate invoices for consultations, diagnostics, and other services for CGHS beneficiaries and manage billing queries.
• Documentation and compliance: Maintain all required documents, such as tariff lists and empanelment letters, and ensure the hospital adheres to all scheme guidelines and government compliance standards.
• Coordination and liaison: Act as a point of contact for government bodies, patients, and internal departments to facilitate approvals and resolve issues.
• Record-keeping: Maintain meticulous records of billing transactions, payments, and insurance authorizations.
