Don't come here to sell things. By used they mean mint in box condition where any single tiny thing missing is not sellable apparently. Waste of tome trying to argue that replacing some parts are covered under warranty.

The staff were really unprofessional, rude, had a bad attitude and didn’t know any single bit about the products infact half of the items mentioned were either completely destroyed or useless and the tech guy took an hour to turn on the Bluetooth of a speaker. It was the most abysmal experience I think the old staff were better.
