Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to dealers and clients. Promote Morbi tiles and generate new inquiries. Maintain regular follow-ups to build strong customer relationships. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team . Record all daily calls and customer feedback in the CRM system . Required Skills & Qualifications Fluency in Hindi/Gujarati is required. Strong communication and sales follow-up skills . A target-driven and energetic personality . Good knowledge of the tiles and ceramic industry .
