Your role as a Service Desk Engineer at Wipro Limited involves resolving, maintaining, and managing clients" software, hardware, and network based on the service requests raised from the end-user within defined SLAs to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by client end users. - Solutioning of service requests while maintaining quality parameters. - Act as a custodian of clients" network, server, system, storage, platform, infrastructure, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and upkeep. - Monitor the number of tickets raised through various channels and provide the right solutions within the defined resolution timeframe. - Conduct root cause analysis of tickets and create action plans for problem resolution to enhance client satisfaction. - Provide immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/services. - Install and configure software/hardware requirements as per service requests. - Adhere to timeliness based on issue priority to manage client expectations and prevent escalations. - Grant application/user access based on client requirements for timely solutions. - Track tickets from acceptance to resolution stage within defined resolution timeframes. - Maintain timely backup of important data/logs and management resources to ensure acceptable solution quality and client satisfaction. - Coordinate with on-site teams for complex problem resolution and ensure timely client servicing. - Review Chat BOTS logs to resolve service requests/issues promptly.
