Job Summary

TechVoc Finesse Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead the operations of Centre of Excellence (CoE). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, industry engagement experience, and expertise in training operations, laboratory management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the Centre of Excellence.
• Implement training programmes in coordination with laboratory operators and trainer faculty.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industries and potential employers.
• Ensure effective implementation of industry-connect initiatives.
• Manage industry engagement and software platforms.
• Prepare and submit quarterly reports to the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) within stipulated timelines.
• Plan and organize industry events, collaborations, and other engagement activities.
• Develop and deliver courses to generate revenue by utilizing CoE resources effectively.
• Travel to different CoE centres as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the effective functioning, operation, and management of all laboratories at the CoE.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
• Minimum 10 years of overall industry experience.
• At least 7 years of experience working in multinational companies (MNCs).
• Expertise in the Electric Vehicle (EV) domain.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory operations and management.
