Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Own the P&L, revenue targets, admissions funnel, and monthly business growth of the centre.

Lead & motivate the sales, academic, and student service teams for daily performance.

Drive counsellor productivity, walk-ins, conversions, inquiries, and referrals.

Ensure smooth centre operations, student satisfaction, and quality delivery of classes.

Implement business strategies, local marketing activities, and process improvements.

Monitor performance dashboards and ensure target achievement with accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

5 - 10 years of experience in EdTech, Training Institutes or Education Sales/Operations.

Strong expertise in admissions, counselling teams, revenue-driven roles.

Proven leadership in handling centre/branch operations and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
