Job Title: Centre Co Ordinator Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Principal / Director Job Overview:The Centre Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the school centre. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, coordinating with parents, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and supporting overall academic and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily operations of the school centre. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the premises. Coordinate academic and non-academic schedules in collaboration with the teaching staff. Handle parent communication, feedback, and grievance resolution. Monitor admissions, attendance, and student records. Manage staff schedules, performance, and administrative duties. Ensure adherence to school policies, regulations, and quality standards. Organize events, meetings, workshops, and examinations as required. Prepare reports on centre performance and submit them to higher authorities. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in school administration or similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using school management software and MS Office. Desirable Traits:Problem-solving attitude and decision-making skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff. Passion for education and student development.
