We run four of Delhi's largest and most loved studios already. And we now need someone smart and hands-on to lead the charge on our digital presence and reach. The key skills required for this role are: Must have: • Running and optimising performance campaigns on Google Ads & Meta • Managing SEO directly or indirectly and keeping our website fresh • Running mailer and WhatsApp campaigns for outreach and retention Good to have: • Planning, sourcing and posting engaging content across social media • Shooting quick BTS videos or reels on your phone • Grabbing great content from clients who shoot at our spaces • PR and Partnerships • Optimising CRM systems You’ll work out of our studios and help us drive visibility, leads, and bookings like never before. Location: On-site, Gurgaon Company: Cellar Door Productions About the Role: Cellar Door Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Operations Coordinator to support our bookings, client coordination, and studio operations. This role will be central to ensuring smooth client experiences, accurate financial processes, and efficient day-to-day administration of the studios. Key Responsibilities Client Coordination & Bookings • Coordinate with clients and the accounts team to manage studio bookings end-to-end. • Facilitate and track payments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Prepare and issue estimates and invoices aligned with client requirements as per studio bookings. • Accurately tag booking details (studio, package, etc.) in the internal systems. • Ensure compliance with invoicing standards, taxes, and TDS deposits. Operations Oversight • Audit studio operations to ensure documentation and reporting are properly maintained. • Monitor additional charges (overtime, damages, extra services) to ensure they are recorded and billed correctly. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for invoices and ensure timely payments. General Administration • Manage routine administrative tasks, including bill payments, contracts, and paperwork. • Support the management team with operational reporting and documentation. Requirements • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred). • 2–4 years of experience in administration, accounts coordination, or operations. • Understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, GST, and TDS. • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for client and vendor interactions. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; experience with accounting/ERP/CRM software is a plus.
