We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and drive the growth of our product portfolio consisting of Potato Chips, Fryums, Kurkure, Namkeens, Popcorns, and Juices. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing key accounts, and expanding market share within your assigned territory. Your ability to develop strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, combined with strategic sales initiatives, will be crucial to your success.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility for our product range.Manage and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive revenue growth.Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary.Train, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product positioning and promotional strategies.Ensure timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven track record in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage or snacks industry.Strong understanding of the snacks, and beverage market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.If you are a results-driven sales leader with a passion for the food and beverage industry, we would love to hear from you!Apply Now and be a part of our growing team, making an impact in the snack and beverage sector!
