Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar for a CCTV Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing and configuring CCTV systems, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient installation, and adhering to safety protocols when working with electrical systems and hazardous materials. Precise record-keeping and collaboration with the team will also be part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV Installation and system configuration
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Understanding of safety protocols and handling Hazardous Materials
• Familiarity with electrical systems and network connectivity is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and onsite in Bihar
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
