About CraftMyPlate We’re building a tech-driven catering marketplace for group orders (10+). Fast growth, high transaction volume, and tight SLAs—finance accuracy matters. Role Overview You’ll own day-to-day accounting, compliance, and reconciliations end-to-end. Your work keeps our books clean, payouts on time, and leadership dashboards trustworthy. What You’ll Own Daily/Weekly Record & categorize transactions in Tally or Zoho Books; maintain accurate ledgers. Bank, UPI & Payment Gateway reconciliations (Razorpay/PhonePe, refunds, chargebacks, fees). AP/AR management: vendor bills, credit notes, customer invoices, ageing follow-ups. Petty cash & imprest control; employee reimbursements with supporting documents. Coordinate vendor payouts as per SLA; resolve mismatches fast. Monthly/Quarterly Books close by T+5 with all schedules (debtors/creditors, advances, GR/IR). GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoicing/e-waybill where applicable); TDS (24Q/26Q) filings & challans. Payroll inputs, payslips, PF/ESI/PT compliance; leave & attendance sync. MIS pack: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, runway, variance vs budget, unit economics. Payment-gateway fee audit; settlement reconciliation; dispute ledger. Coordinate with CA for statutory compliance, audits, and year-end schedules. Must-Have Skills 2–5 years in accounting/compliance at a startup/SME. Strong in Tally or Zoho Books, Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots), and document hygiene. Hands-on with GST, TDS, vendor/customer reconciliations, and bank/PG settlements. Detail-oriented, ownership mindset, and comfort with high-volume transactions. Good to Have Experience with Razorpay/PhonePe reconciliation, credit notes, partial settlements. Exposure to inventory/COGS and order-level costing. Basic knowledge of Zoho ecosystem (Books, Payroll) and ClickUp for workflows. Tools You’ll Use Tally/Zoho Books, Banking portals, Razorpay/PhonePe dashboards, Excel/Sheets, Zoho Payroll (or equivalent), GSP for GST, TRACES. Qualifications B.Com/CA Inter/CMA Inter (or equivalent) preferred. Strong written documentation habits; audit-ready mindset.
