He / She has to coordinate with all stakeholders to achieve the set target in New designs and Business volume pertaining to EFGK categories. Role & responsibilities Job Requirements Education Graduation in Designs (NIFT / NID) or Equivalent Relevant Experience Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Jewellery Design, Merchandising and Product development Behavioural Skills Drive for Results Self-Motivated Agile & Customer Centric Interpersonal/Influencing skills Communication skills (written and verbal) Knowledge Exposure to fashion Jewellery design trends Market exposure to Branded Jewellery Product trend analysing / capitalizing Goal Contribution Outcome Performance Measure 1. Value generation through Saleable designs Aligning to Everydays Category team requirements in terms Designs and Variety of styles Explore Design co-creation sources across Globe Order value generation in line with the Annual Business plan Indent value Number of new designs developed 2. Introduce Trendy designs Offering new designs with variety capitalising their strength and Scout for new design concepts and products in Domestic and International sources Value generation Addition of New design sources 2/3rd Hit rate in designs 3. Agile response Quick introduction of new designs with First mover advantage in design concepts by close working with the PD partner Closely work with Jewellery eco-system to capitalize the trends well before the competition captures New design collection launch as per timeline Number of new collection introductions Preferred candidate profile
